I submitted these two Claims for Hope yesterday Afternoon, as you can see below:
Mind you, All I have to do, is print a form that comes mostly filled from the computer, fill in the diagnostics or symptoms (if no diagnostic, as in this case), date, sign, scan and upload to my computer (or fax, send it by mail, whichever - I upload it). You also need to send in the receipts, of course. No signature from the vet is necessary.
TODAY, ONE day later, both claims have been processed and sent to my bank for payment via direct deposit:
The first time she went to the vet was 04/18, but I only submitted yesterday :anon: This is also the only time you will see a deductible of $100:
Since this is a re-check for the same illness, as you can see, I no longer pay deductibles. You also see there is $44.00 that they didn't pay - that was for the rabies vaccine and the Sanitary shave - I did not bill them for that, nor they pay for that, so that's correct.... But since it was in the same receipt, it shows in the top. I billed them for the $159 as showed on the bottom.
