Several of us KNEW something HAD to be wrong. It just wasn't like Cheryl to be gone for so long, and not to reply to notes or PMs!!!! :heart3:

I knew it too, I have been emailing and pm'ing her for ages, I am so, so sad I have lost a lady who I regarded as a very good friend and its just so awful. Cheryl, you will be sadly missed by so, so many people

Such terrible news -- the only positive thing is that Cheryl is reunited with her beloved "soulmate". Rest in pace Cheryl and Bella. And gve Turtle time to adjust to her new home. She just doesn't understand what has happened and will do her grieving. She needs lots of love, patience and time.

Cheryl was a wonderful lady and will be missed by so many. I am picturing her with Bella and she must have great peace because of that. Heaven's RB kitties have a new angel to watch over them. :sobbing: RIP :rbheart:

I too am heart broken to know this news and grateful to Turtle's new mommy for letting us know. I remember a long time ago when Cheryl, knowing she was ill, was worried about what would happened to Bella :rbheart:

if she should die, as Bella was one of those one person and one person only, cats. Bella took care of that worry by leaving for the Angels first, though it broke all our hearts. Then she tried to save that little abandoned girl (Genesis :rbheart:

). And she took in another girlie (Emmy :rbheart:

) who also stayed with her only a short time before going to the Bridge.

I know Turtle's history also, and am so happy to know that Turtle has someone to love and comfort her, as I am sure Cheryl is too, and it sounds like Turtle will be the creator of another cat lover! And so the chain continues, which is a happy thing.

We love you Cheryl, I guess heaven just needed another Angel. :rbheart:

When I was dealing with Deli's passing, I was following the Genesis story, which also broke my heart. I still think about that.

RIP Cheryl!

I didn't know her all that well. We shared a few PM's with each other. She had a lovely soul. Very kind and very loving.

When Turtle first came to live with her she was trying so hard to get pictures with her crazy laptop. Someone had sent me their old camera, and I was looking for a home for my old one. I mailed it to Cheryl and she was happily posting pictures of Turtle.

I've missed her postings, and I'll continue to miss her!
