We have had some recurring problems with Comcast cable. Last week in the morning the service kept going in and out, and of course since we have triple play we lost phone service while the TV was out. Tech came Sun. (last week) and couldn't find anything wrong. It happened again yesterday so they scheduled service today (Sun). It went in and out constantly from 8 a.m all day long. The tech called at 3:30 to say he wa on his way and of course as soon as he called we had no more problems. He checked everything and it all seemed ok at that time, so he figures it is probably an outside wire problem. He is going to come back again tomorrow in the a.m (we won't be home - at the dr's office), but he will schedule the outside wiring check. My neighbor had the same problem today and it stopped the same time ours did. It's such a pain -- and of course it was ok when the tech got here (like the toothache that goes away when you go to the dentist!).
