What is this??

I looked it up and this isn't hyperesthenia (or whatever its called) nor is it a seizure. This is not my video but I'm wondering what you guys think of this? I can't find answers anywehre and Oliver does this but not as extreme or as long. Thanks

Hmmm... very hard to tell.  Katie does not appear to be in discomfort but her legs seem to be kind of locked into position while the twitching is going on.  I've never seen anything like this before.  Hopefully someone else may know more or have some experience with this type of thing. 

 Thanks for your reply. I was looking for a while trying to find a video of how Oliver does it!! I assumed if I found a video of someone else's cat doing it I might find some answers. Oliver also kicks himself in the head if he's really excited but ONLY in one chair that he likes to play in. I'll try to get a video of that.
