how do you know if your cat is a silent caller??? my friends cat has big nipples and belly sticks out at side so prob about 5 weeks pregnant my friend has another cat who before was done would call like a normal cat. what does a silent cat caller do????? baffled.com

A silent caller does nothing hence - silent. However any toms in the neighbourhood will know if she goes out. I have no idea if the cat I had 20 years ago I let get pregnant was silent or not - she went out and didn't come back for 3 days - but there were two male cats I'd never seen before, and never saw again, on the wall of my back yard for several days before.
