Chinese today instead of Olive Garden

One of these days we'll definitely get to Olive Garden.    It's a very hot day and we didn't feel like driving too far (although everything is far from where we live).  Anyway, were watching something on TV this morning and they showed people eating Chinese --- seems every TV show shows people dining on Chinese.  Anyway, we decided to go back to our buffet place and save Olive Garden for later in the week.

Hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday weekend.    We''re not going anyplace else this weekend!  Just relaxing at home.

I would have picked Olive Garden. Much healthier (way less sodium) than Chinese food. I swell up badly with too much sodium.

Same here with the salt/swelling.  We have found 2 places that I am okay eating one is 45 minutes away with nothing else much to do and the other is hour and 15 minutes with plenty of shops.  My sister and bil(along with many many other people that night) had a BAD experience with olive garden due to a employee doing something drastic and I would never touch it.  Though before she got sick it sounded good and they did love it.

Great now I want chinese!    Have fun!
