We picked her up today around 4 and they told us to keep her in a room away from all other animals and give her a little food every couple hours and make sure she's eating. well, I went to go give her more food because it has been a couple hours and as I was walking in the room she ran out behind me and ran to my room and under my bed. Should I be worried now? Will she be okay?

She should be OK, unless you have another pet who picks on her. Leave a water dish for her under your bed, maybe a little food, too. She'll be back to normal soon.

Don't worry it is scary whenever your pets have any surgery but it is pretty routine now.   By tomorrow she should be so much better!

She'll be fine.  Keep an eye on her.  Cats are pretty good about not doing what hurts them, so if she jumps and it hurts, she'll probably not do that again.  Her tummy may be a bit upset after fasting from food and then the anesthesia, so small meals frequently for tonight, then tomorrow she should be fine to return to a normal routine.  She may sleep a bit more tonight and tomorrow because of the anesthesia wearing off as well.
