Oh dear.  Tx a lot for adopting this little sis of ours.

Nay, you prob dont need to take her back to the vet -  unless you want to do an  spaying NOW.

But I suspect you dont want.  Later on yes, but not now.

She is eating much, which is good. What food are you giving her?  What brands?

Some cheaper brands tends to be more a bulk fillier. OK for an older inside cats who dont moves much. But if the cat really needs the nourishments, she must eat much.

We do usually recommend wet food or kitten food for high preg.

A Feliway adapter may be useful so she feels safer and not so anxious, as she also seems to be.

Im in a hurry now, but begin with reading the treads here. Many useful advices and experiences here!

About she rescued and adopted, you will find very much in the Feral and Stray forum.

Welcome to TCS site and our Forums!

Good luck!   *vibes*

begin NOW not to let her out, not to risk anything.  :)   You safeguard also her catching on some disease or being taken by a predator, if you keep her inside.  Now when she is high preg, ANY predator will have advantage on her.

Try to give her wet food, or kitten dry food.  These brands you mention have surely kitten variation too? Or variation for "active cats".

In some brands of dry cat food they spray on it a special solution which smells nicely for cats. That is why cats do love these...  NOT because they are surely best for cats, but because they do smell good for them.

So try to give them what YOU know is good, not only what they love...

Good luck!
