(Sorry if sounds gross) Cat has little black spots around rectum

I've taken in a stray she has had her first deworming and will get a second this week. I've notice she has these little flea sized black and possibly white bumps near her rectum. If you've seen them before what are they? She has also been given something like Frontline forget the name it starts with an R.

Is she orange? Or calico? Orange cats frequently get black spots on their skin as they age.

She is primarily white with a tiger striped tail and 5 tiger striped spots and tiger top part of her head.
 

Hmmm... don't think I would take any extraordinary actions based on just this info... just take her in for a checkup, and act on what the vet finds...
 

Revolution is applied for fleas and worms.  I would keep an eye on the spots.  If they change size or color, discuss with the vet.
