I accidently stumbled onto this document while surfing for something else. I found it very interesting to read about rendered products from the renderers viewpoint. It contains easy to read and understand definitions and descriptions of things like poultry meal, bone meal and other stuff. It also describes the type of ingredients that go into rendered products and what the digestibility of the products are.
