My big, sweet, goofy guy Louie is home!!!
Ok, so I haven't officially adopted him and am not going to for now - he's going to be what the rescue calls a permanent foster, but we all know he's not going anywhere else. We tried him in another foster home, with a very experienced at person who Louie already knows, and he spent the better part of a month hiding under the bed. Not long after I got home last night, Louie was making himself at home at my place again, annoying the girls and head bumping his good buddy Pete. Guess Louie knew where home was, even if I wasn't ready to admit it. I love this guy so much and am committed to giving him a lifetime of love and belly rubs. Also hoping, from a practical standpoint, to set an example for others who may be concerned about adopting an FIV+ cats and having positive and negative cats living together. No concerns here!
Welcome home, Louie!!!
