Why does my cats eyes water?

How long have you had her?

If this is a new thing, it could be that she has an upper respiratory infection.  Feline herpes is another likely bet, and very common in cats, especially if she has ever been outdoors or in contact with lots of other cats.  It can be treated with L-lysine.  Look up that term here, and you'll see lots of information.  This is serious, and can cause the loss of an eye if not treated.
