This morning we trapped a cat we have never seen before -- a beautiful long-haired tabby! We took him to the low-cost clinic this morning and were told that he has already been neutered. One of his lower canines is broken, but he is in good health otherwise. We think he may be someone's cat or has been dumped (we live on the edge of the 'country') because he was really friendly, rubbed up against the trap when we put our hands near, let us pet him, and raised his rump to us when we pet him. If he is someone's cat, they may notice that he now has his ear tipped to indicate that he's neutered and vaccinated. We released him back out into our backyard -- where we feed all the feral cats -- and hope he keeps coming back.
Please send good vibes that Frank (as in Sinatra because he 'sang' the whole way to and from the clinic) keeps coming back so he can have a decent meal every now and then.
