Paul had 2 EECP treatments so far --33 more to go.  Seems to be going well so far.   It's a daily routine.     Will keep you posted.

Please do keep us posted! I think about you both a lot. He gets the treatment every day? That has to be a pain but it IS better than surgery. Tell Paul I'm still praying for him....I hope this nips everything in the bud. ((hugs)).

Thanks so much.   Yes, treatments going well so far (had #3 today).   It's 5 days a week, for a total of 35 treatments - 7 weeks.   I've read a lot about it on the internet and it seems to be a wonderful alternative to surgery.   Our cardiologist is a gem and the whole office staff is so warm and friendly. You know how some medical offices are so cold and impersonal? . This place is the complete opposite ---  so refreshing!     He said he feels great after each treatment and the dr is checking thoroughly.    If you have a chance look it up on Google. It's called EECP- Enhanced External Counter Pulsation.   Also we're joining a new gym (ours was very small and going through a 6 month renovation).  This place is much much bigger with ultra modern equipment. Right now prices are very cheap (probably won't stay that way, but they're really trying to build the place up.)   Dr said the gym is very important for him (and me, too!).    We checked it out and are going to join this Sat. They're open 7 days a week.

Oh and with with the diabetes --- we're trying to eat healthier and the numbers have gone down significantly.   The other day, after one treatment, we both had a craving for hamburgers, fries, grilled onions, etc., so we treated ourselves.    Needless to say that night his blood read 180!    Then it went down significantly.  But you need to cheat once in a while (we decided once a month - maybe!).

Thanks for your concern and will keep everyone posed.

Treatments are 1 hour each day, but sometimes they keep him there longer.      Tomorrow will be #5.    The dr's office is becoming our second home!!!
