Hi!
My name's Felicia, and I joined this site because on Saturday (after 3 years of mourning the death of Smokey, my russian blue, who accompanied me from the age of 8 to the age of 19) I adopted a gorgeous kitty from a local rescue (see my avatar)! His name is Rounder, he's estimated to be around 3-4 years old, and he's FIV+. He's also the first cat I've had in years, and the only cat I've ever had sole responsibility of.
So, I wanted a group of people who would listen to me gush about things I find cute, such as when Rounder stole my copy of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, and looked like he wanted to read it; and also to ask about any cat questions I have.
I'm looking forward to meeting everyone!
