Pregnant cat with heat symptoms?

She was outside yesterday for 12 hours 11am to 12 am.. And she was in heat and I went over earlier and she is still definitely in heat

Not my cat... But my question is if she's still in heat for being out that long isn't it possible she isn't pregnant. I was reading online about the different stages of being in heat was. I'm confused sorry
