Expiration date on dry food bags.

I have two sealed bags of Orijen with July 2012 expiration dates.  I know there is no way they would be able to eat two bags before the expiration date.  Should I donate one of the bags to somewhere it could be used before July 2012?  Or are they still good after that date. 
 

The reason I have two sealed bags with those dates is they got pushed into the back of the closet and I just came across them.  I totally forgot I even had them!

Hmmm...good question.  Maybe try calling the toll free number on the bag and ask the good folks ar Orijen what they think? 

Yeah, I'll do that tomorrow, figure Sunday is not a good day to call.  Couldn't find a number on the bag (although I did get a lot of interest from a certain cat) when I was looking for it.  I guess I should be able to find it on their web site.
