Sicycat , the male cats mostly are more snuggle bugs . But you can see that when you pick a kitten out if she/he like that . At least I think you can .

Tibby was around 4 or 5 months old when I got her which I think was a good age, I still got to watch her grow and she was young enough not to threaten Corkscrew or Sasha (my roommates cat). But she was also old enough to where I could see her personality, her personallity really hasn't changed much since I brought her home other than that she is less shy around new people. Other than that she is the same Tibby.

Are there any no cage shelters in your area? I found that when I was looking for a second cat the no cage shelter was a great place to look because you are seeing all of the cats in their home environment and you can see what thier personality is like. I went several times before choosing Tibby, she was shy so the first few times I went she kind of hid. But once she got used to me going to the shelter and I could see what she was like I knew she was the right kitty.

On Petfinders.com there is a 5 1/2 month old Bengal/Tabby mix in Los Gatos. The cat's name is Ted. The telephone number to inquire is: (408) 529-4945. The email address to inquire is: [email protected]. The of the Rescue shelter is: Unconditional Love Animal Rescue and Placement.

In Berkeley there is a 9 month old pure breed female Bengal named Chloe -The telephone number to inquire is: (916) 992-9970. The email address to inquire is: [email protected] She sounds like a sweet kitty. They say she was rescued from death row, because she was extremely timid, and apparently was bred by a backyard breader who didn't take the time to give her love, but she is getting less and less shy, because the rescuer is working with her. She bonds easier to women. She sounds like the kind of kitty who deserves someone like you, who will spoil her to death. Poor little girl hasn't had the best or most loving start in her life.

My neighbor came over with her kittens tonite! I put Binky down and let Zoey sniff him. I think they touched noses!! She didnt hiss until a bit later

Then Tom.. he's bold.. but neither of them seem phased by her at all. Maybe because they are only like 4 or 5 months old.

She's like HEY THATS MY BOX!!

Then she got a little pissy

Some soft hissing and growling.

All in all I think maybe if I got one and did it the right way.. the whole introduction thing .. it just might work out. She didnt try to attack them or anything.

BUT once again I am not making any decisions just yet

I love quill, they deleaver so fast and my cat love there boxes

Looks like the meeting went really good since this was her first time meeting them!!! I think when you are ready you should have no problem with another kitty. Neo and more were ALOT more aggressive then that when they ment the babies, and now they love them. It is so cute when they start cleaning the little ones

You think?

I think it did.. I think..
I found it odd that she sniffed them first and didnt hiss until like 5 minutes later. She never raised a paw at them though.. and then of course you have to figure I just basically threw a couple cats at her outta nowhere.. no adjusting period or anything

I would be proud of Zoey.

I say go get another kitten- If her first reaction wasn't bad she can't hate them- and my cats who are all best friends- occasionally have the odd hissy'spit!

ROTFL!! Sicy that is the cutest pictorial of Zoey meeting kittens. The look on Zoey's face is priceless!! Even though she was "on guard" she still looked amused by the kittens...

Tom just came over again. Zoey was just following him around.. a bit more hissing but nothing too crazy.
