kittens due today...

well thats sasha hit her due date today but no signs of labour at all. she not that interested in her food but still jumps when she hears her treats. she not nesting and hasnt picked a spot, she just following me about to which ever room im in then finds a place to make herself comfertable. i thin k her milk has come in as her mammary glands are swollen now. can still feel kittens kicking but no signs of her bump changing shape or anything. i thought i saw a little bit of clear discharge at her vulva last night but she wont let me near her back end to look at all. i dont think they will come untill weekend unless she just surprises me. she very happy and content just sleeping and pooing all the time.

how is everyone elses waiting game going? any signs?

We read the charts that give due date based on first mating date, but cats don't!  They also don't read any of the other stuff we read.  Nor do they listen to what the vet says they should be doing....  That's part of why I love them, they are so contrary!

yea they do what they want when they want and capture our hearts in the process

i bet i will wake up in middle of night with sasha under my bed giving birth, she sneaks under there at night! she a little monkey.i cant wait for the kittens now.
