You know you're far too into your cats when you keep playing a TV show they like to watch.  Little Miss likes to watch Too Cute (only the kitten episodes).  We DVR it.  Whenever it comes on, she runs into the room and either perches on the armchair or under the TV on the mantel so she can watch it. And she watches the whole thing!

I'm actually finding myself turning the recorded show on just so she can watch it--even though I've seen them a gazillion times in the past month.   I've done this several times in the past week.

There must be a support group for us somewhere. SCOA=Spoiled Cat Owners Anonymous?

I've already told her I'm NOT making popped corn and fetching sodas and Good 'n' Plenty for her during the "intermission". Yet.

That's so funny.
Mine don't watch TV, but Speck loves the police scanner.  It is rarely on, but he runs to listen to it.

That's cute! I bet the police scanner is a LOT more interesting than my TV show!

We shared some mother/daughter time tonight--watching a jewelry segment on QVC.  Two hours-worth.  It's ironic, as Little Miss has a thing for jewelry. She used to "steal" mine, and make me chase her around the house.  Since Jasmine's death (she was the former ladies' maid for me!), Little Miss has taken over "helping" me choose my baubles every morning.  I know she doesn't understand what's on the TV, but I had fun discussing the various pieces with her.

Daisy takes my socks.  She will walk around the house, carrying a sock and meowing.  If I walk in, she stops crying and puts the sock down, as if the whole thing never happened.
