My female cat is about 1-1/2 years old. Lately she has a water fetish. Each time she goes to drink out of her bowl, she paws at the water until it is all on the floor, and nothing is left in the bowl. She will do this to the dogs water bowl also. I don't know why she is doing this or how to stop her. Any ideas?

Some cats are like that. The only thing I can think of at the moment is to put a toy that floats in the water. I am thinking she started doing it to find where the water level is. This way she wont have to stick her paw in it.
