Happy Easter Everyone! I hope the Easter Bunny was good to everybody and brought you lots of chocolate (calorie free, of course
 ).

Since eggs are a symbol of the season my question is, how do you like your eggs prepared?

For breakfast, I only like them scrambled with lots of cheese. My husband likes sunny side up, or "dippy eggs" as he calls them because he dips his toast in the yolks. That just turns my stomach. Of course, at Easter I'm all for pickled or deviled eggs!
So how do you like them?

I don't like eggs for breakfast, but in general I only like poached or hard boiled and they have to be very well done.  Not runny at all.

Sunny side up, I like to mush the runny yolk yummy-ness into my hash browns or corned beef hash.

I like mine egg whites only and well seasoned. Sometimes I fry/scrable them, sometimes I make an omelet. I usually mix them with Parmasean/Asiago cheeses, dill, basil, garlic, honey, sea salt, pepper, chili powder, and a pinch of milk to make them fluffy. (Sounds like a weird combo, but it tastes incredible!). Sometimes I'll mix 1/4 a packet of dry ranch dressing mix and a little milk into the egg whites before I cook them, and that tastes really yummy too!

Sunny side up. I eat the whites and my wife uses the yolks for her toast.

Soft boiled, in an egg-cup with vegemite toast 'soldiers' .  It's a comfort food from way back in my childhood.

I eat eggs in all ways. but if it's hard boiled, I rarely eat the yolk (only if I am really hungry!)

No runny yolk! Ick. If at a restaurant, I order them over hard. At home I eat them scrambled because that's how they end up no matter how I try to make them :lol3:. With lots of cheese. Or hard boiled.

Depends on my mood, but normally I like my eggs over easy. I love to run my toast or potatoes through the yolk. I also like them scrambled, omelets with bacon, cheese and avocado. I love hard boiled eggs with salt and in salads.

Cooked.........doesn't matter as long as they are hot. Like'em fried (any stage), boiled, soft poached, scrambled, or omelettes. I even make a small plain omelette into a sandwich......YUM!!!!!!!

I like eggs over hard (cook the yolks!) or scrambled (cook the eggs!).  But I like the occasional hard-boiled eggs.  Just salt, thank you.

When I worked at McDonald's, I used to cook 130 dozen eggs every morning.

I'm an omelet fan....veggie only, please. With lots of sourdough toast.

At Easter and for summer picnics, I make pickled eggs...love my pickled eggs!
