Are you looking for a low-cost canned food to feed your kitty? With soy flour, wheat gluten, corn starch, corn oil, menadione and artificial flavors. it's not a particularly healthy choice. And meat by-products isn't one of the better ingredients, though definitely better than corn or soy. On a dry matter basis, this food is 25% carbohydrates, which is actually the highest I've seen in the economy brands of canned foods.

Cats are obligate carnivores, and while ingredient quality is very important, the carbohydrate content is arguably as important, as cats have no dietary requirement for them, and they stress their GI system and organs over time. http://www.catinfo.org/

When a label uses "with" - in this case "with chicken and tuna," it means there is 3% of that (those) proteins in there. If the label said "Chicken and tuna formula," then it would mean chicken and tuna comprise 25%. So the main source of protein in this food is the soy flour and wheat gluten.
