Does a 'tuxedo' refer to all bicolor cats (vans, harlequins, red, blue, lilac, torties, tabbies etc.)?

Technically a tuxedo cat is black and white, and any other color is considered Bi-colored, but i think its fun to post kitties in other colors but in the traditional tux pattern. So my boy would be Bi-colored grey but if he was black he would be a tuxedo lol.

Actually your cat is a blue bicolor.
Also black & white version of him would be a black bicolor. I'm just not familiar with the 'moggie terms' and which patterns they cover (like what is required/allowed for a cat to be called a 'tuxedo' or does it cover all colors with any amount of white. In official terms the amount of white is quite important. I'm not good with the official white patterns as I avoid working with white colour).

Our little foster ZZ (because, in his tuxedo, he's a "sharp-dressed man").

He's already gone.  That was last year.  He came in sickly and probably wouldn't have lasted much more than the weekend.  This was when we first brought him home:

We got him to the condition you saw in the previous photo and video and took him back to the shelter.  He was adopted within a day or two, and went to a home where he had a bigger cat and a doggy to play with (annoy).

Dang them anyway! As with all the kitties you help, you did a wonderful job of raising him :)
