Petfooddirect?

Does anyone use petfooddirect.com? Even with shipping, we would save $.10-.15/can....doesn't sound like alot but I wouldnt have to pay tax and the food would come direct to my door instead of me running around trying to get to specialty stores before they close.

I've ordered from them. No complaints. Everything arrived on time in good condition. Shipping is sometimes too expensive.

I've only ordered from the first 2 (and was satisfied) but I've never heard anything bad about the others. Some of them have free shipping over a certain amount or have low-priced flat-rate shipping.

Yes, I use PFD as my main Kitty Food source.

I have been very happy with them. Shipping is quick,

and their Customer Service is excellent.  

To save additional money, I use and recommend Auto Ship.  

It is NOT a "comitment" as your future orders can be changed, adjusted or cancelled

at any time with just a couple of clicks - and no fees or issues of any kind.

On most items, this will save you an additional 15 or 20%,

which typically more than makes up for the shipping charges.

When I did the math last night, even switching the dogs to EVO, we will still save money. That and when I go to the local pet store I typically end up spending money on toys and other stuff they just don't need. Once you add in the gas and tax and time, buying online is STILL less than that.

Now I just have to figure out which one.

The only thing about Pet Food Direct is that you cannot apparently get free shipping AND the 15% discount for autoship.  I thought I was getting both, yet when I got my confirmation email, I was paying a lot more than I thought.  When I called them, they explained it's one or the other, and their system automatically computes which is better and gives you than one.  So...I was a little upset.  However, I must say that they are FAST!  Order on Monday, receive it by Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. 

Pet Care RX is running a special right now for $10 off an order of $39.99 or $15 off an order of $59.99 AND free shipping on all orders over $49.99.  Plus they carry the same (mostly) brands as all the others (grain free, etc.).  I'm going to be placing an order with them in the next few days to try them out.  If you need the code, pm me and I'll give it to you (if it doesn't show up on their website)

I used them years ago monthly then stopped due to cats diet changing and used them again recentley and EVERYTIME was flawless and fast!!  Was always amazed at how well they handle things and customer service was wonderful.

We use it to order our large Wellness cans (a major benefit...can't buy the 12.5 oz cans locally) and have used it to try other brands we can't buy locally.  We always do the math (with shipping added in) to make sure we are getting a good deal.  Most things are cheaper that way, but there is one brand we use that is cheaper to buy locally.  We always wait for an e-mail offering at least 15% off or free shipping (usually the best deal.)  We really love petfooddirect.
