Amazing weight loss!

Since I put Morty on canned food-only diet, he has gone from a pudgy 13lbs down to a muscular and healthy 10! And his bladder issues are also a thing of the past since he's completely off dry food. He's more active, his coat shiner and he's acts like he's 5 years younger! FYI, he gets one 7oz can of trader Joe's Turkey & Giblets per day, divided into three servings. I will soon be increasing his daily to about 1 1/2 cans to maintain his weight. After having Morty to the vet more than once for an emergency procedure to unblock his urinary track, bladder infections, and another visit for fecal blockage, I have learned a very expensive lesson. DRY FOOD KILLS! Stop the insanity NOW!

Awesome!  My three are very happy and healthy with a canned food only diet too.

  That is awesome that he has lost the weight! I bet he is more active now as well.  Maia is a food hog. I have to feed her small amounts of dry twice a day, and then she gets one feeding of wet in the evening with her probiotics, otherwise she will eat till she pukes or becomes a record breaking fat cat, which I so don't want! I never thought about putting her on canned alone. Cat Chow has always been such a stable, healthy diet for my cats over the past 30 years, and I always thought hard food helped keep their teeth clean. My last kitty passed at seventeen with perfect hygiene.
