pregnant cat with brown discharge, meows alot, seeking attention constantly.

Hello all! i hope someone can give me some advice on what i have going on here: my russian blue mix is pregnant, pretty far along as we see the babies move constantly but as of 1140a yesterday she started having a brown discharge and licking her parts constantly.. is labor close? it doesnt smell bad and im pretty sure its not an infection ( i have the vet coming tonight after dinner to look at her i just am nervous and its killing me not knowing whats going on!) should we be expecting kittens?! shes running around the house pacing, meowing, just wants us to sit down with her and love on her but every where she goes shes got this discharge all over everything and constantly licking.. please help ease my anxiety!! thank you<3

hi if you check the other threads alot of people have had them same my cat has had small brown discharge for a few days but if your saying alot i would say labour is soon ive been reading up alot about cats labour and stuff as am waiting for my cat to have hers but it sounds like your cat is in the first stage of labour which can last up to 36hours then the second stage is contractions that you can see and some pushing and you should see a kitten is she pushing for over hour with no kitten then phone the vet but i dont think you need a vet right now since its not smelly its normal

Sounds like your kitty was ready to deliver her babies.  If the time is right everything should be ok.  If its too early then you may have problems. 

Just an update and more questions..saw the vet he said shes fine, no infection just due to have babys whenever shes ready..but her boobies are sagging now and doesnt look soso pregnant and her bellys hanging..theres no kittens anywhere and she doesn't get out so I dont think she had them..but her girl parts are still excreting discharge (pink still) and we saw some blood the other day, but her girl parts are bright pink ..how soon are we? This has been going on a few days I just cant take it anymore! My poor girl cant sit still or sleep she justs meows at me for attention..

I'm in the same situation. Kittens are due, discharge for several days and her vagina is pink and puffy.
Any updates? Did your kittens come yet?
