Hi Everyone!
I found this site when looking around the internet for information about cat health, after my big kitty Ollie started having vomiting episodes. (Turns out he swallowed a stone, and is in the hospital recovering after surgery, and will be just fine!). This looks like a great site for information about all things cat so I am excited to join!
I currently have two kitties, Ollie (a big Maine Coon mix), and Laila is my black and white tuxedo cat. I rescued them both as kittens (they were both abandoned on the road side), and they have been together ever since. They get along quite well, as if they were from the same litter, despite their obvious size and personality differences!
Ollie is quite a gregarious cat and is full of personality. He loves to swim in the bathtub and follow you everywhere you go. He also likes to travel in the car and once made a cross country trip on the passenger seat! He especially loves to "help" do dishes and cook dinner in the evening. Laila however is a very shy and skittish little girl, although she loves to climb and hunt spiders in the house. Together they are quite the pair!
I look forward to getting to know all the other cats on this site!
