Since I don't know what Me-O is, I would go with Royal Canin Kitten 36.
As far as wet, any wet is better than none, and the more wet you feed, the better - BUT - I would not feed a fish flavored food everyday..... so if you can find in any other flavor..... it is ok..... Even whiskas should be fine....
Good luck and congrats on the new kitten!

Keep in mind, you can also feed fresh meat from the supermarket - that's what I feed; it is called a raw diet..... this way you don't need to resort to brands and such.....

Since you indicated you just wanted opinions from the list you posted I will also vote for Royal Canin36 for your kitten
I feed my kitties Nutro wet and dry foods and my cats have all done very well on it.

As for the all kibble diet, it will be fine if your kitten is drinking enough water to hydrate itself. Cats are carnivores and are wired to get their moisture from the food they eat.  That said; Your cat will do fine on kibble... IF he/she drinks enough.  You might want to invest in one of the water fountains for cats.  For a kitten it will surely be an amusement and may encourage it to drink more.  You can also wet the kibble before feeding but don't let the kibble sit.  When the kitten is finished, pull the bowl.  Moist kibble can harbor bacteria and we don't want the kitten to eat it.

Kibble diets have their drawbacks, even if the cat drinks enough.  Kibble is carb/calorie dense so cats tend to become overweight if their portions are not monitored.  Obesity in cats can lead to a multitude of health problems including feline diabetes.
