The Sweetest Purr Ever

I had the best morning wake up today!  Angel was laying beside my pillow, all curled up. I started to pet him & he stretched his long body all the way out. His head was up against my cheek, & his arms reached across my neck. He was purring this little purr that I call a putter purr. It's when you can hear his little voice in the purr. It's so sweet! I just love it! I guess because the puring comes through the vocal cords, sometimes it has this sound. I just laid there & rubbed his tummy, enjoying the moment!

Awww!  Sometimes they hog the bed; sometimes they just melt your heart!

Boots does that sometimes too. It's especially nice since he isn't normally a snuggler. :9:

This morning, he snuggled w/ me again. I was glad because he didn't sleep w/ me. I had just washed the bathroom rug, so I guess he decided he like it in there better, until about 4 or 5 in the morning I think he came in. This morning he laid in the same position, but kneaded against my chest this time. That only lasted a minute, before I had to pull the sheet up, "someone is getting nails trimmed tonight!" "Thanks, but Ouch!"

It's lovely to have snuggles. My boy Pushy does that at night. It's so sweet to have these cuddle times, although it usually ends with a few ouchies from untrimmed nails or cat drool all over my pillow.
