My favorite country music singer is Trisha Yearwood. Her parents live a few miles from me. She visits them a lot. That's not why she's my favorite though. I love her voice. And she seems like such a good person. I like Garth Brooks a lot too. Who is your favorite?

That's a hard one.....

A tie between George Strait and Don Williams.

Dolly Parton

Seen her in Glasgow last year - pure magic and worth the 500 mile round trip. Have also seen Glen Campbell, tammy Wynette and Kenny Rogers

Toby Keith, Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks--all do songs that either make me want to sing or really move me emotionally.

I'm not a huge country music fan, but I do like some of it.
Mary Chapin Carpenter is my favorite.
And of course Patsy Cline.

I like the oddball "country" bands that show up in our Texas clubs: Jug O'Lighning is great.
