disease or injury ... :(

The skin under my cats eye has no hair and its has a color between red and white . I think its the dried tears who got dried on the hair and taken off with the hair ( if you don t understand what i mean here is an example : its like a gum in your hair and you take it off fast so the hair will go with the gum) Here is some pictures . She only tears from 1 eye because once she got sick on that eye .its not clear in these pictures, its like a round skin with a little of hair on it and a liquid ... I think its an injury because that happened in 1 day , yesterday her eye was fine only that something that is produced to all cat when they sleep. what ever is this thing is plz give me some help, thanking you in advance ..

Oh that looks sore, to be honest i would be getting her straight into the vets incase theres an infection brewing best to get it nipped in the bud 

Yeah, that doesn't look good at all. Please take her in to the vet and get that checked out.

That looks like it's painful and requires vet attention.  She probably needs some kind of medication for that.
