hello there, my tortiose shell Aya is pregnant [couldn't be more thirlled!] it wasnt planned this was only her 3rd heat or @ least that i had noticed the 1st 2 she moaned a vbit for a couple of days & raised her bottom in the air but that was it then this 3rd time her nipples finally swelled up a bit & she got out i wasnt even thinking because for the year almost year and 1/2 that shes been w/ me she has never ventured outside but we have a doggy door for our 2 little dogs & she must of acrobated her way over our 8 foot privacy fence! i had never had her spayed before because like i said she never has even shown interest in the outside [i got her @ 6 wks & bottlr fed her for 3wks of the first month i had her] she is a spoiled babied indoors kitty cat :) but since all of this the 1st time its safe to get the sapying done i will. i am very excited for her i think she will make a wonderful mommy & my 5 year old son & i are quite excited to be a part of the entire adventure, my son especially; we just had a surprise hamster litter of 7 born 2 nights ago we dcefinitely have baby fever! now tonight after i fed her her bedtime snack i was snuggling her upright on my left shoulder [the way she likes] and placed my full palm on the side of her belly and felt several movements inside maybe 1 or 2 kittens little paws anda rolling of some little part and she has doubled in size in the past 10 days..? just wondering how close we are i can't quite remember the date of that last heat..? any thoughts..?  much appreciated <3 mandy

The movements are clearly felt quite late in the pregnancy.  Later than with humans babies.  2 weeks tells our forumists with actual experience.

We have several parallell treads now with new moms who began with the waiting game when the treads started.  Please amuse yourelf and your curiosity with this reading!   :)

And as she pure indoor cat went out and jumped this high fence was of course no coincidence.  When in heat they are "desperate"...   Freshmans payment!   :)

Welcome to the  TCS site and our Forums!

Good luck!   *vibes*
