I have a cat, Binks, that we didn't know was pregnant until yesterday. She suddenly delivered a stillborn kitten, full term, in the middle of the night. She didn't make a sound, we just woke up to the kitten in our kitchen. We think she may have more kittens to deliver. We are worried because it is going on aprox. 48 hours since she gave birth to the full term still born. How can we tell if she has more, and this isn't her first litter her last litter is over a year old now, and to our knowledge she didn't have this problem, according to her previous owner. Any advise will be appreciated, thank you.

Take her to the vets, and while you are there make an appointment to get her neutered.

The best and safest is to take her to a vet yes. Or at least, phone the vet.

In some degree depends on how she is.

Is she contended and at ease, you can prob wait not rushing to the vet. Cats CAN deliver hours, even days apart. Fully healthy kittens.   Or deliver one stillborn, and several days later healthy siblings..

But if she is distressed, or you notice any signs she is sick - to the vet asap.

Here, you didnt even noticed she was high preg.  she is perhaps good at concealing things and pains.

If you arent breeders, please spay her as soon practically possible...

Please, continue reports how is it going!

Last, sorry to say that, but I myself got tricked into taking it easy.  If you want help and advices asap, dont write "Queen Binks".  Write: " Emergency with queen" or something like that...

Good luck!   *vibes*
