Got up this morning, the kids went to play outside,I asked my eldest daughter to feed the bunnies and they found Jase in a collapsed state. He couldn't get up at all. I phoned the vets and rushed him there, the vet thinks he may have had a stroke and after emergency tests, acute renal failure. I just can't understand,I cleaned them out on thursday and he was hopping around fine, didn't look ill at all.

I made the decision to have him put to sleep, its broken my heart I had him off a friend and had him castrated so he could have company with my girls,he was the most loving and laid back bunny ever. I will miss you Jase.xx

I can't describe how bad I feel.more so as I didn't know he was ill,he was hopping round fine yesterday. The vet said he could have put him on fluids but I really didn't see the point, all his organs were failing. I held him when he was PTS and brought him home, have buried him in the garden. The girl bunnies are missing him I can tell, I have told them, hope they understand. So sorry Jase, you really were a brilliant bunny.xx

Jase is the white bunny.xx

So sorry for your loss of Jase. I have a 3 year old male uncastrated Holland Lop that lives at my parents at the moment. He is the sweetest bunny ever. RIP Jase

Oh sweetie, I'm so sorry
. Buns are funny like that...they hide things so well you don't know something is wrong until its there. I know how much you love you bunnies and I'm sure you did everything you could. RIP  Jase

I am so sorry about Jase.  Last month my daughter found her bunny had passed in his hutch.  This has happened to me also.  It is a shock.

Many hugs and thoughts coming your way.  Bunnies are so sweet.  It's so hard to say goodby. May Jase be munching carrots in the sunshine of the Bridge.

God bless.
