My physical limitations prevent actual exercise, but I do get out and walk my little 1/2 acre twice daily and scoop dog (and sometimes coyote)poop.

Does that count?

"I've been so bad for a while, not doing much if any!"  I like to walk & yoga. Gotta get back into it soon!!  ( "it's hard to get motivated when you live alone).

Well, I'm walking. Three miles every day during the week over my lunch hour at work with another 1 to 1.5 miles at night on the treadmill. On the weekends, I just do the three miles on the treadmill, unless it's really nice outside...then I'll walk outside. I'd like to get back up to about 7 miles a day by the end of this summer, if my knees will let me.

In addition to that, I have a thrice weekly routine (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) with ten-pound dumbbells for my arms and my trunk as well as a bunch of stomach crunches and leg exercises on my exercise mat. The whole exercise thing probably takes me about an hour or so, plus 15-20 minutes on the treadmill at night. I hit the treadmill with my iPod and do my exercises while watching reruns of The Big Bang Theory.

Once it warms up a bit in our basement, I'll work out on the Bowflex instead of my dumbbells.

My cardiologist FINALLY released me to start working out again, so I'm now on my third week of "INSNITY" and loving it! I also train my dogs daily and take them for long walks and run with them during their agility practices, so I guess that counts a bit too. :)

I love playing games on my Xbox connect. I play dancing and sports games, which are a good workout, and then I have an actual workout game. It's fun and doesn't feel like a work out

YEP- I workout everyday, at home. I have many different DVD's mostly from the FIRM, Insanity :lol3:, and the Jillian MIcheal's workouts. When the warmer weather comes, I will walk and bike ride too. Have worked out for many, many years. I don't really enjoy it - but I want to TRY to stay in shape :lol3:

Running. I've been running for over 30 years. It's a form of exercise I can get lost in. I don't listen to music or anything. I hate running with things stuck in my ears. i listen to the sounds around me, watch for hawks and birds in the parks while I'm running, I think, I mull over things that are happening in my live. It's a form of meditation for me. :D Plus, I do it in the morning, so it's starts my day off really well.

Why, yes, in fact, I do! I walk to the desk (great for cardio!) , sit down (good for ab crunches!), turn on the pc (hand dexterity exercise), grab the mouse (more hand dexterity), and spend 4 hours a night getting further exercise by surfing (oooh, I just realized I'm getting even more of a workout than I thought--surfing!) the Internet for about 4 hours. Whew! I'm exausted after all that movement!
