My H20 mop arrived yesterday but I wasn't home to take the delivery. I went and picked it up at the post office this evening and of course I had to try it out!!

It's about the size I was expecting. And it's very easy to put together.

I had a couple dried spots on the floor where a cat threw up.It took about 5 minutes of repeatedly going over one spot, with the addition of "Fantastik" before I managed to remove it.  So I wasn't very impressed.

It advertises "instant steam", but while there was steam as soon as the mop was turned on, it was no where near as strong as it was about 5 minutes later.  The second and third spot I went over after the mop had been on about 5 minutes, were removed instantly!

I still have boxes around to be unpacked, but I did go over the floor in the entrance way, kitchen and hallway where most of the traffic has been since I moved.

I can't wait to get everything organized and be able to do all of the floors.

Tomorrow evening I'm going to give the bedroom a good vacuuming and then go over it with the H20 Mop.

So far I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars, just because it doesn't heat up as quickly as they claim it does on TV.

Just a little word of advice: if you have hard water the spray mechanism will get clogged eventually. Use distilled water in the mop or add some vinegar (1/4 cup should do it) to your tap water. Vinegar is nice because it is a powerful disinfectant and at that low a concentration it won't stink. Also, it's non-toxic so you don't have to worry about cats/babies stepping in/ingesting it.

Thanks for the tip.  I live in the city so the water should be ok.  But if it starts to become a problem I'll switch to distilled.
