came to Petsmart to buy food & litter. found a great deal and some info!

the good:

swheat scoop 25-lb bags are currently priced to clear! 11.37!! I got 50 lbs of litter for $22 before tax - that's awesome in my book! if you use it or just want to pick some up, it's a great deal! it would ordinarily be over $40 for 2 25-lb bags.

also in the good column is that I thought sophistacat was being discontinued because I haven't been able to find it but it's just being renamed to great choice - the guy said Petsmart bought them? anyway the ingredients all look the same so that's good!

the bad:

getting my awesome bags of litter into the trunk, I must have set down my keys and they are now locked in the trunk! UGHHHHHH!!! I am stuck in the parking lot waiting for my parents (who themselves are stuck at patient first with my sick niece & nephew). I will be waiting in the chilly dark for at least an hour, will probably wait in the store of course. the cops don't do jimmies anymore and I can't afford pop-a-lock. and no one else can come get me... so I'm stuck!!!!!! :( :( :( :(

so its good news & bad news lol! please send vibes!!sorry

for formatting as I am on my phone!

Maybe someone will spot you that has AAA and will be able to call a locksmith for you!

When I was in college my roommate locked her keys in her car while she was warming it up, so the car was running with no one in it and no way to get into it. Luckily, my other roommate's parents had just came over and they had CAA, they called and had her doors opened for her.

When I had a sedan (I have a hatchback now), I would always carry both sets of keys and unlock the doors before I put anything in the trunk. I did that once and had to wait 3 hours at a golf course before my parents could come with the second set of keys and they were not happy about it either, lol. If the doors would have been unlocked I could have popped the trunk from inside the car.

My first car I just had to bite the bullet and pay the locksmith.

My next car and my second car (don't have one now)

It has a feature to prevent locking your keys in the car. The only way to lock any door was with the key. So if I did happen to lock my keys in the trunk, just had to open the front door.  It would pop right back open if you tried to lock it any way other than they key!

I'm home, thank goodness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  It was a frustrating night but so glad to be home.  I'm REALLY happy about my deal on litter!!!
15 pounds lasts me a month or so before needing to be dumped, so I'm REALLY excited that I won't need to buy litter for 3 months or so!  Woo hoo!!!!
