i have a dog and hes very hyper so if anything runs he chases it. my cat normally ignores him and so does he . but idk why my cat went botling and my dog was on top off him the second later i just see his paw smacking him and my cat screaming.

my cats crying very badly now meawoing really loud his eye isnt bleeding but im not sure what its called the inner lid thats normally white . the third eye lid and the sclera is now all red but the pupil  is fine im not sure what to do theres nothing else wrong with him and i cannot afford going to the vet at the moment i can later on but i just need to know if its something fatal or urgent

Any ocular wound in any animal is dangerous.  In particularly if the cornea has been scratched or perforated.  A vet visit is definitely in order ASAP if you can.  The first order of business is to clean the eye with an eye solution.  If you can't afford that, buy some saline solution at the drug store and clean the eye out as best you can.  Keep an eye on the cat and see what happens.  If the cat is trying to scratch or itch the eye it might be an indication of a serious injury.  Please try and get to the vet if you can.  Here is a link on eye injuries http://www.petmd.com/cat/conditions/eyes/c_ct_corneal_scleral_lacerations?page=2 Sending vibes

I agree with Mike. Totally.

And the next step, after kitty is feeling better, is to get the dog into obedience training. The dog has to learn basic commands like 'leave it' and impulse control and focusing on you. Chasing anything that moves isn't going to work for u or the dog or any other animal you encounter. Small dog, big dog doesn't matter, they are all trainable. I have 2 dogs and the minimum standard is that they never chase cats. One of our dogs is actually cat aggressive but has been trained to leave the cats alone.

Obedience training is beyond a must.
