I was taking yet another picture of Bailey sleeping today
and then I started going through my pictures and realized he and his brothers tend to sleep on their backs, it is mostly only them, the others are not typically back sleepers. Here are a few of my favorites, feel free to add your own. Be warned no modesty at all from these 3.

Bailey today, you can see his little green tattoo where the hair is growing back from his neuter.

Chip

Panda, he loves to sleep on me like this while I watch tv or read.

The three of them together, sleeping the same way... It was way too cute not to get a picture.

Bailey started sleeping this way young

Perfect - just pinned one of those on our "Cat Tummies" Pinterest board :)

The one with the three of them is so precious (and funny!) do you have one that's taken from a different angle, more from above them, so we get a view of three tummies? I'd love to add that one too to the pins.

Thank You!!

Of course I have one from above, I get a little obsessive when it comes to taking pictures of my babies.

Poor Panda in the middle had both of his brothers knocking him in the head while he napped.

What beautiful puddy cats. They say when a cat or dog exposes their tummy it means they are comfortable in their surroundings and do not feel threatened at all.

Mine lay like this all the time.........Guess we have chilled out kittys.

"Me too, I have tons of pictures of Angel!"

Here's my contribution,  I call this one "Oh my head!"

Aww, I love the pic of the three kitties sleeping!! Too cute!

Here's my back sleeping kitty. They normally don't sleep on their backs, so I managed to snap a pic of a rare moment

These three I bottle fed from birth so they are very chill kitties. Panda almost always sleeps on his back or just lays around the house on his back. They have known nothing else but life with me so maybe that is part of it.

That is too cute it reminds me of a cat I fostered who would cover her eyes every time I turned on the light when she was sleeping.

OMG! Love the pics
! Here is Maia's belly up sleeper Kodak moments.......

I honestly thought I had more, but I guess the rest of them are just in my photo memory
. Belly up is one of her favorite sleeping positions, especially in the summer

These are adorable photos!

The only one I have of Magnus where he is on his back, the lighting is not great so I had to fuss with it in Photoshop, so now the colors are a little off. But here it is.

And here he is lounging on his back, but he's awake in this shot (and looking a bit goofy lol)

My (RB) Harley Cat, on the other hand, was the king of falling sleep in any imaginable position

I guess my cat Eric is not too coordinated, because when he sleeps with his head on the edge of the couch or chair, he winds up falling off.

Then he looks embarrassed and starts grooming.  I guess in the feline world, if you've just made a fool of yourself, always go to Plan B:  Start grooming immediately and make it look like what you did was intentional.

:thud: oh my word, that is the cutest picture ever!

My boys both sleep on their backs too, but for brief periods only. We usually take full advantage of their exposed bellies for snorgling, so they tend not to stay that way for long. :D

Angels Mommy- that picture is priceless! Looks like he's nursing a hangover!

Here are my two calico babies. They are quite the duo when they are awake! The one upside down is Luna.

This is my black kitty, Midnight

Here is Lucky. He sadly passed away last September due to CRF, but he lived to the ripe old age of 17. He will always be in our hearts.

And lastly a fun one! Here's the two of them playing and this is Midnights surrender position:
