Tigra had 5 kittens last night (2/15). When they were born their skin looked really red. I chalked it up to just being born. 24 hours later thier skin is still red. Besides that they all look healthy. They only cry when mommy leaves them. Even thier noses are red. They are all white kittens, is it normal for thier skin to be red? If not what would cause it and what can I do?

By red do you mean more pink. When my kittens were born they were very pink just because the fur was thinner and the white fur allowed the skin to show through more. This is my kittens when they were newborns. If the redness you are talking about is like this then they are perfectly normal, and it will be less obvious as they get older and their hair grows in more.

Its hard not to worry about them, they are so little. I didn't really think anything about how pink mine were mostly because they were born by emergency c-section and the vet was the first person to see them, that picture is them the first time I saw them while we were still at the vet. Every time I would show their picture to someone they would say something about the pinkness so when I saw your post that is immediately what I thought about.
