If you live in New York please sign this petition!

It basically allows shelters to euthanize healthy animals that are stressed or in “psychological pain" which after trauma of being thrown into a cage is likely, and prevent them from being rescued, it applies for dogs and cats. Thank You good idea. So far it has gotten a lot of attention already so that is great, I figured i'd share here so more people are aware of it and get some more votes in to show NY state many are opposed to this law.
