Actally, I do know that the DM's start out making 90K here in the Midwest, so I'm sure they make more than 100K in your area. Now, you guys know why I'm so gungho on trying to make it in the management field with WM. It's a lot of headache, but the pay is great...even just starting out in management. When I start as an Ass.Manager, I'm guaranteed 32K and thats in podunk Nebraska!
