Just got my Cat Fancy Mag!

It is featuring Shaded Persians! They are just gorgeous. There is also an article on "Music's Legend sing praises of their felines."

What is a "shaded Persian"?

I mean.....I have a couple of "Shady" Ragdolls....is that the same?......LOL

I love Cat Fancy! They have all sorts of good health & behavior articles. I keep all the old magazines around for future reference.

A shaded persian Bob is a cat with "Tipped" color such as blue or black on it's fur, very pretty! but incredibly rare

i love my cat fancy mag. i like the section, purrs and hisses.

That first picture is much too dark for a shaded- On my site- the first cat you see "Soda" is a red shaded!

I have just got hold of a copy of the August edition of Cat Fancy (featuring Ragdolls) and whilst your magazine is extremely good, I do think the two British cat mags, Cat World and Your Cat have a slight edge on Cat Fancy. I sent copies of the Brit mags to a Danish breeder once who raved over them; I didn't see quite why until she sent me a copy of their Danish cat magazine - which is mostly in black and white and with very little content! What are your major cat mags over there - is there another beside Cat Fancy?
