My breeder swore by it, but the kitten doesn't seem terribly thrilled.  I was told to get adult kibble.

Just want to make sure I take great care of this little girl.

Hi Wendy
You did not indicate the age of your kitten or why the breeder told you to get adult kibble.  You are a good mom wanting to take care of your kitty
I have never heard of Red Moon cat food and don't have much time to research it tonight.  FWIW, my cats have all done well on Nutro Max and Nutro Natural Choice cat foods. Both wet and dry kibble.  I also add other premium WET foods to their diet to give them a different taste and texture.  The dry I've left the same brand and formula for years with no issues or problems (knock on wood).  My 4 get about a 60-70% wet to about 30% dry kibble ratio per day.  My youngest cat, Swiffer, went on adult food when she was about 6 months old but that was because she didn't want her kitten food and kept eating the adult cat's food.  The vet gave me the go ahead so I switched her to adult with no adverse effects.  Good luck with your kitten and your quest for the appropriate food for her.  Feel free to PM me if you need any help.
