Better camera or photo-editing software.

Seriously though, being able to sleep at night, and all 3 peaceful and sitting or laying down in the same room is a very good place to be at 6 months in.  They may or may not get closer than this but believe me, this is great.  All you need to do is take a look around Behavioiur to see many others struggling way beyond this length of time.  Treasure this picture.
I started a thread on behaviour explaining some of what I am doing to help us live together.

it's basically observing them and putting in place things to make their lives as stress free as I can and keeping myself calm.

I think they pick up on our stress I think they smell that.

Tallulah is an intelligent cat so working on her feeling safe is key I think

This is my newest baby, Bandit. He is a DLH but I still think he might be a maine coon mix.

He is the biggest trouble maker. Loves biting on ankles, toes, corners of furniture, electrical cords, and everything else you can think of. He's not scared of anything and therefore he jumps on counters and coffee tables and the dining table even if you clap your hand and say no. Haha

I love him though. I'm hoping he'll grow out of these bad habits just like my other cat did.

What a cutie!! Yea, he may have some Main Coon in him from what I can see of his paw size already, & those ear tuft's.  Yikes! I'd be scared about him chewing on any electrical cords. I'd get some cord covers as soon as possible to discourage this, & for his safety.

It hurts so much when they go. We lost our boy last year but he  was 21yrs old not that it makes any difference the hurt is just as raw.

Thank you! I'll definitely look into those cord covers pronto :)

I have to say to all the cat people that to take in strays, ill, damaged cats sometimes more than one at a time you are true cat lovers. People claim they love cats and probably in their way they do but I believe the true lovers of our cats are these people who stand up when it counts and just do wherever they are  called upon. Thank you rescue people.

I agree with you 100% and I'd like to add feral caregivers to that list. You are all angels to the fortunate cats who find you and true unsung heroes.

New picture of Henry. He's out of his safe room completely now and is so happy. he gets more affectionate every day. Sophie wakes me up every day for breakfast and he has decided to join the party. This morning I woke up with her on my chest and he was on my legs kneading the blanket.

At the top of the big cat tree supervising everyone. This sweet, loving, super affectionate cat sat in a shelter for 8 years. Sad but true. He fits in so well with us. the girls accepted him as soon as he got in the door. They are such good babies
