He has no bad breath, no signs of illness. He sleeps, plays, drinks, eats and go to the bathroom just fine but I am worried. What should I do?

I hope it's nothing serious but it's possible he might need an antibiotic. Some kitties do. I have to ask you though, was he doing a lot of meowing for some reason before his voice changed? If not, he definitely needs to be seen.
