Physicians are necessary, of course, but they don't take care of you the way cats do. I came down with a cold this morning, and my kids are taking turns staying in bed with me. One hops down, and the other stays. They can sense when we don't feel well, and take care of us in their loving and unique ways.
Is there anything better than a kiss. a purr or a cuddle when you are sick? I don't think so!
