Since I lost half a bottle of Collodial Silver in my spill.. I need to get more (sigh).

I came across the gel form on amazon.. and I am thinking this might be easier to work with on the cats' ringworm (especially over Cassie's eye). it's only 240ppm, but I figure it'd stay on longer than the liquid and I can rub it into the skin better?

Have any of you used the gel form before? Is it worth trying?

 (240ppm)

thanks :)

for one thing, tea tree oil is toxic for cats, so there is your answer...... and 240 ppm would be too strong for the eye, you would have to dilute it anyways - bye bye gel.....
I only trust the brand I recommended ..... I would get that one..... IMHO. and don't forget to dilute before applying on the eye (with distilled water)

I find liquid in a small mister works best for inside the ears.  Gel works on exterior wounds, but my cat licks it off after a few minutes.  Putting 1 pump (one squirt) of Thank You Silver gel on dry food is like ketchup for Baaduu - he licks it off first before eating. This way I know he gets the silver inside if he's got the sniffles, as opposed to adding liquid to his water dish that he may or may not drink today.

Bump!

Im curious on this as well. I used to get colloidal silver from a local rescue, but we've moved across the country so I need to find a good brand until I get brave enough to try to make it myself.

I also noticed the Source Naturals Wellness 30ppm everyone seems to mention is not for use in eyes... which is usually what I need it most for, their awful upper respiratory infections!
