We adopted Daisy from a local rescue group.  She's such a lovely little girl.  We brought her home last night and she's settling in well.  She's eaten, used the box, and has gotten acclimated to her room.  She's still a little snotty and a little sneezy, so she's in solitary confinement.  We are giving her lysine and nose drops.  I'm so in love with her!  All she does when I'm in there is knead, purr, and head butt me.

I just love all the pretty colors in her fur!!  She always looks like she has a question on her face, too!  So cute!

I have a video of her in my Photobucket album, but I don't know how to post it here.

Oh, I love her!!

You know, when I first brought Daymon home he was the same way - getting over a UTI, sneezing, but also purring, kneading and head-butting. I was very careful to sanitize myself after I visited him so Holland wouldn't catch any bugs. Then he "escaped" from his quarantine room, and all bets were off.
Holland never did catch the cold, thank goodness.

For little Miss Daisy to feel 100% soon, and for the others to accept her warmly into the home. I'm so happy for you, she is just a gorgeous girl!!

She's gorgeous, I love torties. She reminds me very much so of my :rbheart: Damita Mae.

What a cutie! She does have a very "questioning" look about her - maybe it's the lighter hair around her eyes (which remind me of an owl's).

Yes, Tumbles knows she's in there.  He's seen her a few times, but never touched noses or anything like that.  The first night she was here, he slept on the floor outside her door.
